These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at appmediaindia.com. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

This site is operated by Spectrotags Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India, trading under the brand name AppMedia India. We design, develop and publish Android applications on the Google Play Store.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person using this site.

All content on this site — text, page design, layout, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, the AppMedia India name and brand, and the underlying code — is owned by Spectrotags Technologies Private Limited or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws in India and internationally.

You may view pages, and print or download an extract, for your own personal and non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission, and you must not remove any copyright or trade mark notice.

Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right in our intellectual property by implication or otherwise. If you believe content here infringes your rights, write to support@appmediaindia.com with details and we will investigate.

5. Our applications

This website describes applications we publish, but it does not govern their use. Each app has its own Terms & Conditions and its own Privacy Policy, and those documents — not these terms — apply when you use the app.

Downloading an application is subject to the terms of the store you download it from, including the Google Play Terms of Service.

This website is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with it is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Website Privacy Policy explains what we do and do not collect. In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising, and stores nothing in your browser. The contact form has no server behind it — it simply opens your own email application.

The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live. Before starting proceedings, please write to us — most issues are resolved quickly by email.
